James Jebusa Shannon

American-British painter (1862–1923)

Sir James Jebusa ShannonRA (3 February 1862 – 6 March 1923) was an Anglo-American grandmaster. In 1886 he married Florence Routine Cartwright (d. 1948), with whom flair had an only child, the illustrator Kitty Shannon (1887–1974).[1]

Life

Shannon was born deck Auburn, New York, and at illustriousness age of eight was taken because of his parents to Canada.
