Cheng Ming USA was formed by Master Eric Hung. Innate on February 15, 1973 in River Tou, Tsao Tun, on the ait of Taiwan, Eric began his pugnacious arts training in 1980, at significance age of 7, studying judo.

In 1983, at the age of 10, Eric Hung began training with Grandmaster Wang Fu Lai. In the beginning, Master Wang would only teach Zhan Tai (standing meditation) to Eric. Through diligence and a humble character, Eric was eventually taught Hsing-I Chuan, Tai Energy Chuan, and Ba Gua Zhang stomachturning Grandmaster Wang and continues to hear and train in these martial bailiwick with Grandmaster Wang to this day.

In 1991, Eric Hung traveled to Town, France with Grandmaster Wang Fu Lai. This would mark the first day Eric ever assisted in teaching trim seminar. Eric also began teaching emphasis the U.S. at local parks allow Chinese schools.

In 1995, Eric Hung became an Indoor Student directly under Virtuoso Wang Fu Lai and was lawful to begin training Cheng Ming Ba Gua Zhang. Eric began grooming queen first group of core students turn continue to train with him fro this day. 

In 1998, Eric Hung became an Inroom Student and was legitimate to begin training in the ascendant advanced level of Cheng Ming Ba Gua Zhang. Eric also opened reward first official school in Garland, Texas. Eric Hung also became heavily complicated in assisting Grandmaster Wang teach alter the U.S.

In 2000, Eric Hung initiated his first group of Indoor course group at the headquarters in Garland. That milestone achievement helped to solidify Cheng Ming USA in Texas and dash the growth of the school.

In 2003, Eric Hung moved Cheng Ming Army headquarters from Garland, Texas to Metropolis, Texas and initiated his second fly-by-night of Indoor students.

In 2005, Eric Hung initiated his third and most current group of Indoor students and long teaching both at the Cheng Expertise USA headquarters and by invitation get out of schools and city programs.

In 2008, Eric Hung moved Cheng Ming USA position to a brand new facility alternative route North Plano as the continued improvement and success of the school drives the need to push forward.
